Please read the following information carefully along with the Conference Fees menu item in the registration system.
Please have your credit card ready for payment!
1) Deadlines:
- Early registration: May 5 - June 20, 2017 (UTC-12)
- Late registration: June 21 - July 25, 2017 (UTC-12)
- Onsite registration: July 26 - August 25, 2017
2) General Information
- Full delegate registration fee includes one opening reception ticket, one banquet ticket and free tutorials.
- Full student registration fee includes one opening reception ticket, one student reception ticket and free tutorials.
- Students will be required to upload proof of their student status at time of registration. Proof of status will be verified by IJCAI. Only after the status verification is completed, the student registration will become final!
- Additional tickets for social events can be purchased at time of registration.
- Workshop and/or tutorials only registrations DO NOT include social events!
Student ID's without clear dates of validity, webpage screenshots and unofficial records will NOT be accepted as proof!
Acceptable proof of student status MUST be clearly readable in English language, contain the name of the candidate and the dates of validity. Proof containing a verification code must not fail verification.

Cancellation and ChangesAll cancellations must be sent to registration@ijcai.org via e-mail.
Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new registration.
In case of cancellations until July 25, 2017, payments will be refunded less U$ 100 processing fee.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after July 25, 2017 or to the registrants who fail to attend.
In case of conference cancellation for reasons beyond the control of IJCAI-17 organizers, the liability of the IJCAI-17 organizers is limited to the fees already paid by the registrants. IJCAI-17 organizers will not be responsible for any personal inconvenience that may arise.
General Disclaimer for Hotels and other service providers:In offering the MCEC, ASN Events, Crowne Metropol and other hotels, Melbourne Airport, Melbourne City and Airport public transportation system, Conferenceshare and all other service providers (hereinafter referred to as “Supplier(s)”) for the IJCAI-17, the IJCAI-17 organizers act only in the capacity of agent for the Suppliers and have no control over personnel, equipment or operations or providers of accommodations or other services included as part of the IJCAI-17 program. Photograph and Video ReleaseFor valuable consideration received, I hereby give the International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization (IJCAI) the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to the photographs and film or tape that it will take of me during the 26th International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI-17) held August 19-25, 2017 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center, 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf VIC 3006, Australia.
- (1) To copyright the same in its own name or any other name that it may choose.
- (2) To use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or images or video recordings, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and
